There has a shop sells variety types of food such as pastry, jelly and so on in Batu Pahat. If you come to Batu Pahat, you can go to Sin Sin to buy some cake, ‘kuih-muih’ or dessert as a gift for your family members and friends. Sin Sin is located nearby Food Truck that we had mentioned before.

There have sell many types of pastry like layer cake, ‘Ang Ku Kueh’ and so on. Its pastry is made by their own. On the day we went to Sin Sin, it is about 3 p.m., some pastry had already sold out, so we decided to buy on the other day. Therefore, if you intend to buy some pastry, we suggest you go there earlier or in the morning. 

Its layer cake has separate with few types which has yam layer, coconut sugar layer and ‘pandan’ layer. The layer cake is beautiful as there are gradient colour. It is very pleasing when we saw this. Besides, it is very ‘tender’ when you eat it, you will realize that it is very chewy and delicious.

In this, ‘Ang Ku Kueh’ is very special than others. Normally, ‘Ang Ku Kueh’ is filled with peanut and bean paste. However, in Sin Sin, there have sell low-sugar green bean, sweet and salty green bean, low-sugar peanut, green tea red bean, yam, durian, honey coconut and so on. The seller provides a lot of choices for customer and take the health of customer into consideration. Its ‘Ang Ku Kueh’ is full of fillings, it is very yummy!!!❤

Attention!!! Durian lovers!!! There also have sell many durian flavour products like Durian Mochi, Durian Pulp, Durian Puree and Durian Ice Cream. Based on the seller of Sin Sin, she told us that the Durian Mochi is used 100% of durian flesh and the skin of mochi is so thin. If you are a durian lover, you must go and try the durian products at there. 

Then, there also have sell the jelly with different flavor such as yam, corn, durian, red bean and so on. The jelly is keep in the refrigerator so when you just buy and taste it immediately, it filing is very cold and it is a good choice for your dessert.

Kedai Kopi Dan Makan Hoe Soon

Hoe Soon is a food stall which sells various types of foods and drinks. It is a special shop because it will give you an impression as there has a lot of beers.  There has to sell different foods in the morning and at night.

In the morning, the foods are more focus to serve as breakfast and lunch. For example, ‘roti canai’, fish ball noodles, western breakfast, 'Popia' and economic rice.

However, the foods that sell at night are more focus on the family set, we does not encourage for those who eat alone only. The foods and beverages at there are very delicious and the price is affordable. All of us have ordered 4 small dish which includes lotus slice with 1 main course and the four cups of drinks, the price is about RM 26 around! So Amazing❤❤❤

‘Char- Kway-Teow’ is one of the delicious food at there. There has a lot of ingredients such as meat, fish fillet and the vegetables. There has a burnt flavour at there to improve the overall taste of the food. Besides that, it is also very juicy. Although you can order in individual serving it still in a large portion, hence it is encouraging to share it with your family or friend.

There also have to sell different types of dish arrangement. It can be classified into different categories such as vegetables, meat, prawns, soup and the snack. However, we just order three dishes only which are omelette with onion, calm with a soft shell which called 'la-la' in Chinese and the homemade vegetables.

Besides that, there also has a stall which sells duck neck and lotus slice. For those who more prefer on spicy flavour, you can order the lotus at this stall. The price is not cheap but it is super super super spicy. Spicy Lover! Come to try it fast❤ It will be the biggest challenge for you!
